We wish you a warm welcome in B&B Villa Zomerland and we request that you familiarize yourself with the internal regulations / General Terms and Conditions.

House Rules / General Terms and Conditions

• SMOKING IN ROOMS / APARTMENTS AND OPEN FIRE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
• On arrival you must first report to the owner and you may be asked to show your ID.
• On the day of arrival you can use your room from 3 pm.
• On the day of departure, your key must be returned no later than 11:00 am.
• 1st day breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in consultation.
• No refund will be made in case of early departure.
• Noise nuisance, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., should be avoided and radios should not be a nuisance.
• Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the B&B without the permission of the owner and without additional payment.
• Without permission from the owner, visitors for the staying guests are not allowed.
• The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy and vacated.
• Air conditioners must be turned off during the day when the room is not being used.
• Rental cars from the B&B must be parked overnight in the parking spaces at the B&B.
• Waste must be deposited in the designated container.
• Smoking is allowed outside, open fire and candles are not allowed in the building or outside due to fire safety, smoke detector present in the accommodation.
• These house rules / General Terms and Conditions come into force when entering into a rental agreement
