Refund Policy

These Cancellation Conditions come into effect when a rental agreement is entered into.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the rental agreement entered into, you must
to report this to the B&B as soon as possible so that the vacant accommodations can still be passed on to third parties
offered.

In the event of cancellation, the guest(s) pay/pay a fee to the B&B
This consists of cancellation:

• 22 days to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount including full down payment 25%
• 15 days to 21 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount including full down payment 25%
• 1 and 14 days before arrival and day of arrival 100% of the total amount

To be eligible for a refund of the amount already paid (if applicable)
the cancellation must be communicated to the B&B in writing (by e-mail: info@villazomerland.com).
