House Rules / General Terms and Conditions

B&B Villa Zomerland

We warmly welcome you to B&B Villa Zomerland. We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with the following House Rules / General Terms and Conditions. These rules apply from the moment a rental agreement is entered into.

Smoking in rooms/apartments and the use of open fire is strictly prohibited.
Upon arrival, guests must first report to the owner and may be asked to present a valid ID.
On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, the key must be returned no later than 11:00 AM.
Breakfast on the first day is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, by prior arrangement.
No refund will be issued in case of early departure.
Noise disturbance, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, must be avoided. Radios and other audio devices must not cause inconvenience to other guests.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in the B&B without prior permission from the owner and without additional payment.
Only paying guests are welcome at Villa Zomerland.
To ensure the peace, safety, and privacy of our guests, non-paying visitors are unfortunately not permitted.
Thank you for your understanding.
The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy and vacated in good condition.
Air conditioners must be turned off during the day when the room is not in use.
Rental cars from the B&B must be parked overnight in the designated parking spaces at the B&B.
Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers.
Smoking is permitted outside only. Open fire and candles are not allowed inside or outside the building due to fire safety regulations. Smoke detectors are installed in the accommodation.

These House Rules / General Terms and Conditions take effect upon entering into a rental agreement.
